today is my first day working at Swissotel Merchant Court as a bellman. its at Clarke Quay and a 5min walk to Singapore River. woke up at 530am cos hav to reach there b4 7am. having slight fever 37.7 degree with flu, headache and cough and bla bla bla. wanted to take leave but i guess no1 will wan to take 1 on the first working day? rushed down to meet baobao and kiat at 615am. and im late. reached there at around 650am. changed the ent pass etc and went for briefing. we were 5 min late for the briefing bcos of me. but actually the briefing gt nth to do with us so nvm. my department ppl were all nice ppl( for today only) kiat said the rest R a**holes =x lucky nv tio duty with them today or i will start cursing. haha. i stayed outside to serve the guests 80% of the 8 hrs. cos the stuff inside the desk r far too much for ppl who just joined like me. chim-mi-lor-gic. gt 11 bucks tips today. i tot its not bad but kiat said tats the least liao den i was like wtf? overall still quite ok today except for the fever part. just taken lots of medications so abit drowsy now. actually havna work afternoon shift tml (which is 3pm to 11pm) but i guess i better stay at home to rest =) so slpy now. nitez and happy birthday to kiat ^^
